It doesn't take long to reach a lake or witness a beautiful view in Dalsland. When you stay at Kroppefjäll Bed & Breakfast, next to the Mörttjärn nature reserve, you can relax among forests and lakes. From Gothenburg and Karlstad, the journey takes less than two hours by car.

In this lovely place, visitors can enjoy nature and it is easy to stay outdoors. The food concept is based on locally produced ingredients and you get access to everything you need to prepare the meal outdoors over an open fire. In winter, when the snow has fallen, there are cross-country ski tracks along the electric light track and the lake invites you to take a winter swim.

Explore the hills and valleys on foot or by bike. You can take a leisurely walk in the park or explore the historic loop Doktor Saedens Runda with works of art along the way. If you are looking for a longer hike, you can challenge yourself with the Charles the Twelfth hiking trail, which is approximately 12 km long and is one of the most popular hiking trails in Dalsland, or discover the newly inaugurated Kroppefjällsleden, which starts from the facility.

You have access to exercise tracks and an outdoor gym a short walk away, by the lake there are several bathing spots. Relax in cozy rooms, enjoy a moment in the sauna, play table tennis or have a cup of coffee while looking out over the forest.

All room bookings include breakfast, internet, parking, towels and bed linen to make your bed. Kroppefjäll B&B is a dog-friendly accommodation and it costs nothing extra to bring your four-legged friend.
